Standing around is the new lying around

Screenshots from Sydney White-bellied Sea Eagle nestcam.

Dad keeping watch on a branch while Lady feeds the eaglets at the nest.
SE30 getting a bite.
Getting swooped by an Australian magpie. It's nesting season for them, too, so a family of raptors is probably not their favorite neighbors. The eagles have been known to bring in bird nestling as prey, so the magpies' concern is not without cause.

A feeding interrupted by more swoopings.
SE30 lying down, SE29 standing.
SE30 putting her foot on a branch. Testing it out? The chicks should start venturing onto the branches of the nest tree soon.

SE29, SE30.
More standing around. SE30 front/right.
Different morning, same spots.
SE29 closeups. Such a pretty bird he's grown up to be.
SE30 finds something.
It was a yucky something.
SE29 preening tail feathers.
And giving little sister a wing blanket, lol. Just stretching, really.
Both eaglets are now nine weeks old, with SE29 turning ten weeks tomorrow.
