Rainy breakfast this morning at the Sydney White-bellied Sea-eagle nest. SE28 (left) and SE27 are both standing while eating!

 

And later they're loafing. SE27 on the left now.

Eaglet plumage and self-feeding WIPs

It's been almost a week since my last Sydney seaglet screenshot dump. Both eaglets are now six weeks old.

Here's them today, older eaglet SE27 at the back and younger eaglet SE28 at the front.

But let's rewind a few days. Lying down in the same spot and order on the 8th.

Painting Beetlebiter

With the boy sculpted, time for paint!

First a base coat of white, to cover up the dark green and the grey putty, and give the character's rather light colour palette a chance.
