Masupdate

She's settling in.

Still spending a lot of time on top of the high cabinet, and it'll probably continue to be one of her favorite spots (it's a good spot, too, a kind of hideaway with a great view of most of the apartment and even out the window), but she's started hanging out and even relaxing at other places, too. And talking. She will not be ignored when she wants food.

And she's started falling asleep in my lap when I'm at the computer. And sleeping in my bed at night and waking me up by licking my face, but no photos of that. I think she may have even forgiven me for taking her to a vet checkup (perfectly healthy, is the diagnosis).

I may have known her from when she was a kitten 13 years ago, but I hadn't seen her in a long time and she hadn't lived with me in many years, so we're getting to know each other again.
