Seaglet screenshots

From Sydney White-bellied Sea-eagle cam, some little moments from yesterday and today.

Both eaglets are starting to grow pin feathers, SE25's (on the left) are a little further along and more visible under the fluff than the two days younger SE26's are.

Watching stick arranging attentively.
Sunrise colours. SE26 is peeking up.
SE26 (right) nipping at SE25's beak.
Sleepy chicks this morning. SE25 (left) is three weeks old today.
SE26 watching something above them.
SE25 playing with something they found in the nest. It looks like fruit or nuts from a branch?

SE25 preening SE26 a little.
A feeding. SE26 eating at the moment, SE25 snoozing.
I don't know what they saw, but it seems to be interesting enough they both got up from a nap to track it.

SE26 on the right with a crop big enough to use as pillow.

Closeup of the budding pin feathers on little SE26's wing.

Another feeding. SE25 ate first, and then stepped back to rest their big crop, while SE26 finished the fish. There's sibling rivalry during mealtimes, but both seem to be eating well. The mother eagle Lady was very patient about trying to get SE26 to eat the fish all the way down to the tail, picking off as much of the meat as she could in pieces small enough to swallow when the fins proved too big for the baby.

Waiting for Lady to return to brood them for the night.
