That is, each Jurassic Park sequel possibly features two female raptors. It's not made very clear and the raptors in those movies are usually talked about by fans like there's just one in each, so some notes on that to clarify.
(spoilers for The Lost World: Jurassic Park, and Jurassic Park III)
As I already mentioned when I posted a drawing of one of the females from JP3 to deviantart (she's the one seen in the egg-returning scene for the record), the two females in that movie are never shown in the same shot, but, in the scene where the raptors kill Udesky,
...the female and male raptor Dr. Grant is watching call for the other raptors...
...and the female and male under the tree Billy and the Kirbys are in are shown to hear and react to the calls. So the two scenes take place at the same time (which is implied by how they intercut back and forth anyway) and these are two separate raptor duos.In The Lost World it's even less clear, because the raptors are never shown in particularly good lighting. That is, the scenes have excellent lighting for dramatic movie scene purposes, just not for seeing the dinosaurs clearly in minute detail.
The raptors that chase Ian, Sarah, and Kelly in the worker village are two males and one female. The only other time raptors are seen in this movie is the long grass scene, where the raptors are mostly silhouettes and tails. The one raptor we see light shined at seems to be male.
But, then there's this promotional photo of the (carnivore) dinosaur animatronics used in the movie:I'm pretty sure the first and third raptor from the left are both female. The female raptors in this movie have a bit different colouring than the first movie's, mostly their light underbelly is lighter, making them a bit more difficult to tell apart from the males. They're still brown with less distinct stripes than the males, though, and looks like they still have green eyes, too, while the males have yellow eyes. It doesn't look to me like it's just the lighting here.
So, two ladies in this movie, too? It's a little confusing, since as far as I know only four raptor animatronics were made for the movie, but maybe one of them is, like, a maquette but in full size? Or the extra raptor could just be added digitally. Either way, looks like there's two females in this photo at least, however that came to be behind the scenes and whichever of the raptors in the movie the other female is supposed to be. Since the raptors in the long grass scene are pretty impossible to tell apart, I guess one can assume she'd be one of them, whether or not a practical effects puppet or a CGI model that looks like a female raptor in particular was used in filming the scene.
The individuals we see on screen are not necessarily the whole pack in either movie anyway, but as for whether those individuals on screen include two female raptors instead of one - for JP3, yes; for TLW, maybe.
