The
SWFL eagle twins are growing fast. They're quite feisty, too, and have shown that small age difference does not necessarily mean less sibling rivalry. A more usual order of events is that the eaglets fight, the younger realizes it's outmatched and submits, the older eaglet is fed first, and the younger is fed once the older is full and ready for a nap. Since they're so evenly matched neither wants to submit, and so they have a wrestle basically between each bite of food.
No one's gotten hurt, though, and both have gotten plenty to eat. Feisty babies are healthy and strong babies.

For much of yesterday we had one dry eaglet and one eaglet drenched in fish juice. Not sure which E is which.
