I used the sandbox in JWE to make myself a little obstacle course (/excuse to take spooky screenshots).
I'm just a humble park ranger at a dinosaur zoo that houses several kinds of
Velociraptors,
all of which have been set loose by unfortunate circumstances, of course. Some of the dinos' movement has been restricted
by fences left intact (and a bit of invisible fence so I don't meet
too soon the fun surprise also roaming the park), but they should be
pretty free to run into our team in the dark of night, after a storm
tore through a bunch of fences and some malfunction, perhaps even sabotage, left open gates that
shouldn't be left open. We also can't close any gates we open along the
way. Everything will be resolved somehow once I get to the Innovation
Center (maybe that's where they keep the push to close button that will put us back in business), but it's at the other side of the park, and vehicle aggression
is on. Good luck.
Well, that's not a good sign...
Ah, good to see the
Dracorexes are still in their enclosure just munching away at their salad. Such nice dinos, too busy to even try to headbutt us. Perhaps the residents of the next enclosure we have to drive through will be just as polite. What did we have in that one again?
Oh.
It's okay, so long as we keep them in sight, we should... wait, how many raptors are in this pack?

And left the gate open as established. Wonder where this leads...
Back at the station the other rangers wonder why they haven't heard back from their colleagues yet. They didn't even do any repairs on the buildings damaged by the storm like they were supposed to when they'd get back. Well, let's send one team to their last recorded location - through the sauropod enclosure, so you can fix the hole in the fence there on the way back - and another team can continue to the Innovation Center.
After the team has gone through the paddock, the
Brachiosaurus decides to go for a walk, but she is so nice about it she uses the gate instead of the big hole in the fence right next to that.
Someone else who also noticed the gate left open between their paddock and the sauropods' is not as considerate.
Doing window shopping, perhaps getting some late night snacks, or even combining the two activities... Hey, why are you going to the hotel to peek in those windows?
The team on their way to the Innovation Center runs into a jaywalker.
...Who apparently can put a curse on them just by looking at them, as right after that the jeep got stuck in a fence and started floating up when I tried to drive forward. Then it sunk into the ground and appeared back at the ranger station. Alright then.
Meanwhile, the other team finds out what happened to the first one. Or they find the jeep at least, but where did the rangers go? Maybe they're nearby, try lighting a flare.
Phew, made it out of there. But what's that ahead?
"Hey, we're walking here!"
Girls' night on the town.
Wait, you're not even part of this pack! You're from the first raptor paddock, what are you doing here? Did you come all the way out here to break your fellow raptors out?
"And what of it?"
Let's just get to the Innovation Center quickly already. It's not far now, what could go wrong anymore?
Don't panic, it's just a fence between sections of the park... What is this next section anyway?
Oh, right, restricted area, including the
Velociraptors with the highest security classification in the park. Well, the enclosure looks intact... shouldn't the lights be on, though?
Did you hear something?
Oh, clever girls! One of them got our attention and then another one ambushed us from the other side!
What's with the barking, are they laughing at us? Joke's on you, birdies, the engine's still running, and you won't get us with the same tactic twice!
That's not a
Velociraptor! Are we even supposed to have a dinosaur like that in the park? Check the manual!
-No time for that, just keep driving!
Can't, there's a raptor in the way. Let's watch carefully that it doesn't attack us now that it's so close... Wait, where did the big raptor thing go?
