Neighbors?

The Velociraptors get more space finally, with renovations having concluded in the part of their paddock that has been closed with a gate so far. What kind of renovations? Oh, just power going out in parts of the electrified fences, nothing major - and it's fixed! So all is well. :)

We don't have camera coverage for the whole paddock now because of its proximity to research facilities the purpose of which I'm afraid is classified. But the paddock that's now sharing a fence with the raptors' is empty, and there's a pond at the back of the newly-available section, so if they spend a lot of time there, it's surely just that they like swimming, and nothing to worry about.

Well, the humans are right about one thing: the raptors do like to swim. Big bird bath for big birds.

The wind turns, and they detect a strange scent. Something they had already noticed before, but now it's closer? But it's feeding time, and they don't want to be late, as much as they also want to investigate this.

Blue stays behind a little, and soon feels eyes on her.

Maybe it's nothing?
