Decorating drama

Starting with breakfast. And with the chick N2 having grown overnight again. The not-so-little one turned three weeks old yesterday.

A bit later, N2 tries to sleep, but keeps getting woken up due to being in the way of Nuppu's arranging the nest material.

With her attention on something far away in the camera's direction, Nuppu turns...

Alright, that does it!

N2 gives mom a piece of their mind with screams and a few bites. Doesn't sound like a squeaky toy anymore, either, more like proper raptor screeches. Nuppu takes the feedback in stride.

Tracking something together.

An evening rendezvous. Ahti (right) arrives without a fish this time, but Nuppu and N2 have been kept well-fed throughout the day. He arranges a few twigs and tells Nuppu something with many chirps, then departs again.
