Eaglets E19 and E20 at the SWFL Bald eagle nest both reached a new branch yesterday.
Older eaglet E19 perching on the "attic" branch, with mom Harriet behind her. E19 has gotten comfy on this branch, so it's time to level up.
Liftoff to the upper attic.
It's a more difficult branch to perch on, so she didn't stay on it for long, but she found out she can get up there. E19 also visited the same branch Harriet is perching on here the same day.
Then it's E20's turn. He's perching on the lower "veranda" branch on the other side of the nest from the attic.
E20 makes a beautiful leap over the nest and lands on the attic for the first time.

E19's wing makes an appearance in the lower right corner as she flaps her wings in the nest. Good job, both of you!
No heights are being reached yet at these other nests, but the eaglets continue to be adorable and grow, and have been doing well:

The youngest of the clutch, WE3, is a week old today. I'm not sure which of the older two is which here, but I think WE3 is at the front on the left.
