Beginning to wrap things up?

Screenshots from Sääksilive Osprey nest #1 from the past half a week. Includes views of fish prey.

Ulpukka watching for fish deliveries on a Thursday afternoon. She's been an only child lately, with Lumme seeming to have left on her migration that morning.

A morning appearance the next day, Ulpukka flying to the camera.
Eura brings his adopted daughter a fish.
Perching pretty in the evening sun.
Borb.
Something a little less peaceful for a change, even if the other chicks have already left. TXP pays a visit, with Ulpukka making it very clear she wants him gone. He lands for a moment anyway, before getting kicked out.

TXP brings two sticks despite Ulpukka's protests. I'm afraid there's no one to impress here with your nest building skills, and any effort spent on fixing up the nest now may be wasted considering you'll still have to claim a nest next spring. But instinct says bring stick, so stick he will bring. Better luck next season, TXP.

A later visit by Ulpukka.
And a flight to the camera perch in the evening.
Here she is again this morning, but for how long? Eura wasn't seen yesterday, so he may now have left, too (and the day before, he brought her quite the fish feast as what may have been a farewell present). It's the time of the nesting season for that, and Ulpukka is ready to be independent, even if she would probably like to enjoy free food for a bit longer. She may stay behind by herself for a couple of days, but if no one's delivering to the nest anymore, she'll pick up on that soon enough. Safe travels to all.
